Payment

Payment is made at the time of examination and we regret that we are unable to accept American Express or Diners Club cards.

Where appropriate, a DVD recording of the examination is provided free of charge, as well as high quality thermal images.


Booking Fee

Although we fully appreciate that there may be circumstances in which your appointment may have to be cancelled, may we ask that this be done as soon as possible, preferably giving 24 hours notice.

In the event of non-attendance without any prior warning, we reserve the right to charge a booking fee of £30.
